Restoration Artist Grace Abernethy specializes in the care and re-creation of historic decorative finishes. She holds a masters of science in historic preservation from Clemson University and has more than a decade of restoration experience. From faux graining and marbleizing, to tromp l’oeil and stenciled designs, she has conserved and restored finishes in historic buildings from Charleston to Nashville to New Hampshire. Abernethy also works on new buildings, creating decorative finishes and murals that lend character and personality to contemporary spaces.
